Pack your tapes in any sturdy box with a little padding. Attach our prepaid label and drop it off at any USPS location. Your tapes are insured against loss or damage from the moment they leave your hands.
Each tape gets a unique ID, a photo log, and a playback check before we begin. You'll receive an arrival confirmation with your full item list within 24 hours of the package landing at our studio.
Every tape is played back at full speed on a properly calibrated deck and captured in real time to a lossless source. We don't batch process. We don't skip. Every minute of your recording is treated as worth preserving.
You receive a secure download link with clean, labeled MP4 files ready to watch, share, and back up. Your original tapes are carefully repacked and shipped back via insured USPS Priority Mail. Done.
